Local Delivery

Free local delivery within a radius of 25 Km radius from Acton, Ontario

Tracking your order

All orders are delivered via registered couriers / Canada Post to ensure the safety of the order. The tracking number shall be shared with our buyers via email, once the shipping has been initiated.

All orders for Canada / USA shall be shipped via one of the following carriers using standard shipping (3 – 10 business days) unless specially requested for Express:

  • UPS
  • Fedex
  • Purolator
  • Canpar
  • ICS Courier etc. 

The delivery times stated above, are estimated and may vary during the weekends and holiday seasons

Express / Expedited / Priority Shipping

For special requests of express/expedited / priority shipping, kindly send us an email or call us to discuss details

Pick Up

We provide free pick up as well. Kindly send us an email or text us in advance to coordinate the pickup. Orders are available for pick up the next business day onward (Except pre-orders)

Pickups are available with appointments between Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Order ID is required for pickups.

Order Concerns / Delivery Issues

Customer Service is of utmost importance to us! As part of our quality control measures, we always hand-check our products thoroughly before shipping but sometimes things might not go as planned. Kindly reach out to us within 14 days of the expected delivery date in case you have any issues with your order and we shall jump in to resolve the issue.

Kindly ensure that you provide us with accurate shipping details during checkout. We initiate the shipping process within 4 - 24 hours of placing the order. In case you have erroneously filled in any of the delivery information, kindly write back to orders@pawzndogz.ca ASAP with the Order number / Invoice number to rectify the information.

We shall ship the order to the delivery address provided and we would not be able to make any changes to the shipping information, once a tracking number has been generated nor process refunds under such circumstances

We advise our customers to ensure the delivery location is safe from package loss/theft. PawzNDogz is not liable and accountable for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout or email/loss of package/package theft after the courier company has marked the package as ‘Delivered’ on the order. We would not be able to investigate or issue refunds in such cases as well.
