We totally understand, there could be times when the product you purchased may not be the right fit for your requirements. Also, as part of our quality control measures, we always hand-check our products thoroughly before shipping but sometimes things might not go as planned. Hence, we strive to make the return/refund/exchange process easy and hassle-free for our customers.
We believe, our exceptional and prompt service will definitely win your trust and confidence! We sincerely advise our buyers to refer to the sizing guide of the snuffle mat, before they purchase a product in order to minimize the probability of a return and minimize losses like shipping costs at their end.

Returns & Refunds
Returns for products can be initiated within 15 calendar days from the date of sale of the product.
Please Note:
- All discounted sales are final, and there shall be no returns/exchanges on the items
- The buyer needs to pay for the shipping charges for returning the product(s) and the charges are non-refundable
- All returns must be mailed to PawzNDogz, 104, Tanners Drive, Acton, Ontario, L7J 2Y8
- For orders paid by cash, refunds would be processed via e-transfers / cash
- Refunds do not include shipping charges used to deliver the product to the buyer or deliver the returned product back to PawzNDogz
- We urge local buyers to drop off their return products instead of mailing the package in order to avoid shipping charges. Kindly schedule an appointment for dropping off the returned item
Return Process flow
Warranty
Although we hand-check all our products, there might be those rare cases where there might be an oversight. Yes, we provide a 30-day warranty on our products.
What we cover - manufacturing defects, and damaged products on arrival (not applicable for pick-up orders)
Examples:
• Suction cups missing
• Hang loop broken
• Broken buttons
• Broken suction cup loops
• Unstitched webbings, labels, borders
• Component(s) missing from the mat etc.
What we do not cover - Physical damage from wear and tear from use, damage due to aggressive chewing/use
Customers are requested to reach out to us as soon as they receive the product with defects, if any. Used products in spite of the defects shall not qualify for a replacement. The warranty is applicable for only unused products.
Each case shall be assessed to determine the course of action. An immediate replacement shall be provided for a product whose functionality has been impacted owing to the defect, or a store credit shall be issued, based on the magnitude of the defect.
Exchanges
All exchanges will be processed as new orders. The refund will be processed as per the process above for the previous order and a new order shall be placed for the exchange product if the product is still available.
Cancellations
All order cancellations need to be initiated within 4 hours of placing the order post which the shipping would be initiated. Once the shipping has been initiated for the product, there would be no cancellations of orders and hence no refunds would be issued in such circumstances.
