I would like to return the product I purchased. How do I go about it?
We understand, there might be instances when a product might not be a right fit for your pupper. No worries, we have a hassle-free Return / Refund Policy here. Kindly refer to the same for the process and further details
I would like to exchange my product for another one. How do I go about it?
We understand, there might be instances where you might want to exchange the product. Kindly refer to the Returns / Refunds / Exchange policy for the process and further details.
Does PawzNDogz provide a warranty on the products?
Although we hand-check all our products, there might be those rare cases where there might be an oversight. Yes, we provide a 30-day warranty on our products.
What we cover - manufacturing defects, damaged products on arrival (not applicable for pick-up orders)
What we do not cover - Physical damage from wear and tear
Each case shall be assessed to determine the course of action. An immediate replacement shall be provided for a product whose functionality has been impacted owing to the defect or a store credit shall be issued, based on the magnitude of the defect.
I would like to order a product, that is not available yet. Can I pre-order?
Yes, we do accept pre-orders. If the product you are interested in, is not available or out of stock, kindly email us at email@example.com and we shall reserve the product when they are available again.
Shipping:Is there a place where I can pick up my order?
Yes, we also provide a provision for picking up your order. The orders can be picked up in Acton, Halton Hills. The pickup address shall be messaged to you when the order is packed and ready for pick up.
Note: Orders are available for pick up the next business day onward (Except pre-orders)
Pickups are available between Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Order ID is required for pickups.
Does PawzNDogz do free local shipping?
We provide free delivery to Acton, Georgetown, Norval, Milton, Rockwood, Erin, Guelph / Eramosa and Brampton.
How many days does it take for an order to deliver?
All orders shall be shipped via one of the following carriers using standard shipping (3 – 7 business days)

I wish to get my order delivered the same day / next day? How do I go about it?
Kindly email us / contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org in case of an expedited same-day / next-day delivery. Expedited / Emergency deliveries shall be done at extra shipping cost except for local deliveries in Acton, Georgetown, Norval, Milton, Rockwood, Erin, Guelph / Eramosa and Brampton.

Currently, we ship all through Canada and USA. For other countries, kindly reach out to us by email / contact us for a shipping quote.

Is there a Minimum Order Quantity for the wholesale orders?
Yes, the minimum order quantity is overall 5 pieces for the first order and subsequently 5 pieces for each variant for subsequent orders.
